The Charger and the Miller

A Charger was old. He was sent to work in a mill. He used to go to war before. When he had to grind grain, he was sad. He thought about the past. He said,"I fought in wars before. I was decorated all over. A man took care of me. Now I work in a mill. I do not know why I liked fighting so much." The Miller listened. He said,"Don't think about the past. It is normal for people to have good times and bad times. We all go through ups and downs in life."
